SPICES Fitness & Lifestyle uses a Holistic Approach to Health, Fitness and Wellness. All programs and opportunities are designed with a holistic balance approach to include the all areas of health. Emphasis is placed on the growth of all of each of the following health areas: Social, Physical, Intellectual, Creative, Emotional, and Spiritual Self (SPICES). All fitness adventures will not only challenge the physical health of an individual, but will also incorporate elements of enjoyment, social interaction, a connection with self and nature, and a placement of importance on building positive feelings of self-esteem through active learning and a variety of experiences.

  • One-on-one personal training and lifestyle consulting with Bernadette Nikkari helped me push through a weight loss plateau.   • My first experience with SPICES Fitness was about a year ago, at a weekend fitness camp Bernadette was hosting. I had begun my healthy lifestyle journey and she really encouraged me to keep going. Her dynamic personality made t hard to resist.
